Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, or new product launches), processing times may take longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier. Typical delivery windows:

United States: 5–10 business days

International orders: 10–20 business days (depending on destination and customs)

3. Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States via trusted carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Availability will be shown at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

6. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
