This soak provides a deep cleansing, anti-inflammatory, and mineral-rich experience for your feet.

How These Herbs Work in a Foot Soak
- Parsley draws out impurities, freshens, and deodorizes.
- Cleavers – lymphatic mover, helps reduce swelling and fluid retention (through skin absorption + reflex zones in feet).
- Arnica—excellent for external use; reduces soreness, inflammation, and aches in muscles/joints.
- Horsetail, rich in silica, strengthens skin and nails and is good for tired or cracked feet.
- Dandelion Leaf: mineral-rich, gently detoxifying, and eases puffiness.
- Holy Basil (Tulsi)—calming“, stress-relieving, antifungal, and antibacterial.
Method:
- Boil 4–5 cups of water.
- Add 2 TS herbs and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain into a basin, and add 4–25 more cups of warm water (enough to soak feet).
- Optional: add 1/2 cup Epsom salt or Himalayan salt for extra detox.
- Soak feet for 20–30 minutes.
