What is matcha tea?

Matcha is a type of green tea powder that is full of vitamins. The leaves of classic green tea are soaked in hot water and then thrown away. But with matcha, the dried leaves are turned into a powder, which is then added to a drink and eaten. The tea has a unique flavor that isn't bitter and a bright green color. It is thought to be the most fragrant type of green tea. Matcha tea is a type of green tea that has been popular in China and Japan for hundreds of years. The leaves are picked, cooked, and dried, then ground into a fine powder. We boil and strain broken leaves to make most teas. Matcha tea, on the other hand, has the whole leaf in its powder. When that powder is mixed with hot water with a whisk, it gives the tea a sweet, creamy taste and a different texture than other teas. It can be drunk hot or cold, and it may be healthy and sweet.

How do I use matcha tea?

While you can enjoy matcha either chilled or heated, it requires a specific level of heat to fully dissolve the matcha powder in water. Therefore, we recommend brewing matcha with boiling water before letting it settle. On a frigid day, it may become less flavorful, smoother, and more invigorating after it has chilled.

Matcha Tea Benefits:

Several scientific studies indicate that green tea has several health benefits. The majority of research has focused on green tea, yet matcha, derived from whole green tea leaves, offers similar health benefits.

Strengthening the Heart and Blood Vessels: High blood pressure, or hypertension, is the most prevalent adult chronic disease in the United States. Several changes in diet, including the use of more green tea, have been demonstrated to be effective in reducing blood pressure. Recent research has shown promise in lowering LDL, or "bad cholesterol," thanks to the presence of catechins in green tea.

◉ Fostering Oral Health: The development of plaque and cavities may be slowed by using EGCG. EGCG revitalizes the oral microbiota and reduces the sulfur molecules that lead to bad breath. ECGC may also reduce the discomfort associated with gum disease.

◉ Concentration Boosting: Even though matcha has less caffeine than coffee, it still gives a significant amount. If you want to stay focused and avoid the jitters that caffeine may cause, limit yourself to just one or two cups each day.

◉ Reducing Inflammation: Green tea's antioxidants help prevent cell damage from free radicals and improve immunity. The result might be reduced inflammation and lessened discomfort from chronic diseases. such as in the case of arthritis
