Diluted with cold water and a slice of lemon or a mint leaf, this organic rose syrup makes a pleasant, refreshing drink. A drop is excellent in a glass of chilled champagne, in a fruit cocktail, and in hot or cold tea.

This type of rose simple syrup can be added to fruit salad, sliced peaches or melon, strawberries and raspberries with whipped cream, and pancakes. It is excellent on delicately flavored lemon or milk ice cream.
